A seasoned accounting professional, Mr Harichunder retired as an Assurance Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in July 2011. At PwC, Mr Harichunder gained extensive experience in a broad range of professional services to clients in the public and private sectors. His expertise lies in auditing, project management, investigations, risk management, treasury and accounting, budgeting and general advice and training arising from changes in legislation and accounting standards.
He has extensive knowledge of the requirements of the King 3 Code on Corporate Governance and has assisted several public sector entities in this regard. Currently, Mr Harichunder is involved in implementing an entity-wide risk management system for one of the major public entities.
