Wiseman Khuzwayo THE BLACK Management Forum (BMF) is not the only black organisation that is critical of Business Unity SA (Busa); the National African Federated Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Nafcoc) decided as early as last year to be a fellow traveller in the business grouping and has not paid its membership fee since then. Lawrence Mavundla, the president of Nafcoc, which represents small and mediumsized black businesses, said it had stopped taking part in Busa's activities because there was a lack of transformation. “Small business is not discussed at all in Busa meetings, while white businesses are at the forefront,” he said. “The BMF's problems may be the same as ours because we are both black. White companies make themselves look like the opposition to the government.”
