The National Empowerment Fund, government's agency mandated to grow black economic empowerment in South Africa, has given the Black Business Council (BBC), a R3 million grant.
The NEF and BBC are partners in seeking to bring about the growth and transformation of the South African economy, ensuringthat black people are located meaningfully at the strategic and operational centre of the economy.
