SUCCESSFUL businesswoman Khanyi Dhlomo's new Luminance luxury-brand store has received a R31.4-million injection from the government. Dhlomo is the founder of Ndalo Media, which publishes Destiny and Destiny Man magazines, and Sawubona – SAA's in-flight magazine.
