Jabulile Buthelezi THERE is still a dire need for more black women to hold key positions in business. National Empowerment Fund chief executive Philisiwe Buthelezi says there is still hope that the country is well positioned to grow more black women of substance in the business sector. She spoke to Sowetan just a day after she received the award as Businesswoman of the Year, which was presented by the Business Women's Association of South Africa in partnership with Nedbank. Buthelezi, pictured, is chairperson of construction company Group Five and sits on the boards of Mvelaphanda Resources and Sanlam.
