THE Frances Baard district municipality, in partnership with the National Empowerment Fund (NEF), will host an entrepreneurship week. The weeklong event aims to promote entrepreneurs and emerging business people to take up opportunities and enter markets in various trade sectors. The municipality said about 300 participants were expected to attend the event, which would also look into funding models for youthled business initiatives. “The theme for the event will be Millennial Rising, Moving South Africa Forward,” it said. “The programme will include seminars on business opportunities and skills development workshops.” The event would spread to all four local municipalities under the district, namely Dikgatlong, Sol Plaatje, Joe Morolong and Phokwane
