pHILISIWE BUTHELEZI, CEO of the National Empowerment Fund, is the 2011 winner of the Businesswomen of the Year Awards in the Corporate category, while Nondumiso Mzizana, CEO of Sikelela Medical, Dental and Pharmaceuticals, won in the Entrepreneur category. Now in its 32nd year, the Businesswomen of the Year Awards has become a premier event in the South African business calendar. The judges have deliberated and the winners of the 2011 Businesswomen of the Year Award have been announced. After a lengthy process, seven exceptional businesswomen had earlier been announced as this year's finalists, with the two winners announced at a ceremony last night.
