Mr. Bhabha is an attorney with over 30 years’ experience in governance, infrastructure delivery, and conflict resolution.
He has served as MEC for Local Government and Traffic in Mpumalanga, Chairperson of the Senate’s Constitutional Affairs Committee, and Advisor to various Ministries. At the Development Bank of Southern Africa, he led the turnaround of the Infrastructure Delivery Division, overseeing major social infrastructure projects.
He has held directorships at Alexkor Diamond Mine, Evraz Highveld Steel, and SA Forestry Company, and is currently Director at In Transformation Initiative, focusing on international negotiation and mediation.
