Mr Siphuma is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. He has over 17 years of financial management and accounting experience, 11 of which in senior leadership roles, Phumudzo Reuben Siphuma is a well-rounded executive, with a proven record of success in directing broad-ranging finance disciplines and operations across key government and state-owned entities.
He draws together and nurtures diverse stakeholder groups into concerted focus that reinforces mutual value creation, sustainable funding agreements and disciplined expenditure. Through extensive exposure to business planning, detailed analytics, interpretation and recommendations successfully put forward at Board and Parliamentary Committee levels, Phumudzo has proven his worth as trusted Senior Counsel and change agent, who enables business continuity and growth based on solid fact and forward thinking.
